Vinification

The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Static debourbage after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures.

The character

Soft bouquet of citrus fruit, white fleshed fruits. Sugary with good volume and acidity that keeps the balance. Leaves a fruity after-taste, may be paired with both spicy, salty flavours and dishes with cream.
