The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Red wine vinification with approx. 6-day extraction under controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Deep red colour with violet hues. Aromatic profile of red fruit, spices and vanilla. Sugary with velvety, fine tannins that offer an elegant palate and a long after-taste. Ideal with lightly cooked meat with sweet sauces and intensely seasoned dishes
