The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Static debourbage after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures.
Bouquet of citrus fruit. Elegant and balanced flavour. Leaves a fruity after-taste, may be paired with both sweet-sour salads and plain seafood dishes.
