Dry white wine, PGI Achaia

Lagorthi 50%, Riesling 50%

Vineyard

Mountainous vineyards of Aegialia. Harvestin the begging of September.

In the winery

Co-vinification of the two varieties. Skin contact for 3  to 5 hours. Must clarification after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation by selected yeast at very low temperature. Maturation of the wine with its fine lees in stainless tanks for 2 months.

Characteristics

Bright yellow color with green hues. Peach, exotic fruits and white flowers in the nose with some minerality notes.  Balanced in the mouth with good acidity and volume. Exotic fruits aftertaste.

Food pairings

White-sauce pastas, salads, white meat, yellow aged cheeses.
